Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing, patient-focused practice that emphasizes gentle, anxiety-friendly care. In this role you’ll provide individualized preventive and periodontal services, build trusting relationships with patients, and work collaboratively with dentists and the clinical team to support long-term oral health. You’ll have time and autonomy to deliver high-quality care in a modern, welcoming environment that prioritizes patient comfort and education. Key responsibilities include prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, digital X‑rays and diagnostic records, periodontal charting, medical/dental history review, and patient education. The ideal candidate holds a current New York State RDH license, has experience with digital radiography (Dentrix a plus), strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate, dependable demeanor. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
