Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are seeking a registered dental hygienist for a part-time schedule (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) at a patient-focused practice that emphasizes quality over quantity. Hygienists are given generous appointment times—one hour for recalls and 90 minutes for new patients—along with modern tools like iTero scanning, CEREC same-day crowns, and 3D printing to support comprehensive, evidence-based care. The culture values respect, collaboration with dentists, and ongoing professional development through quarterly team CE days. The ideal candidate holds an active Virginia RDH license, enjoys prevention-focused patient education, communicates well, brings positive energy, and works well on a team. Comfort with digital dental technology is preferred, though training is available. This role provides autonomy to practice at a high level and prioritizes long-term oral-systemic health.
