We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join a patient-focused team, delivering compassionate chairside support and excellent patient experiences. The role involves assisting the dentist during exams and procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, recording vitals and medical histories, and helping patients understand their treatment plans. Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor are important to foster a comfortable environment for patients. Candidates must hold current RDA licensure, have a minimum of five years’ dental assisting experience (two years mentioned as ideal elsewhere), and maintain BLS/CPR certification. An associate degree from an accredited dental program, solid computer/data-entry abilities, and bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred.
