DENTIST - $200k Salary

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a modern practice that emphasizes mentorship and professional growth, making it an excellent fit for new graduates. The office is equipped with contemporary technology, including digital x-rays, CBCT/panorex, and digital scanners, to support high-quality patient care and clinical development. You will perform comprehensive dental exams, create and implement treatment plans, deliver a full scope of dental services, and educate patients on oral hygiene while maintaining accurate clinical records. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD, possess the necessary state dental licensure and DEA certification, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus but not required. The position is full-time and offers a guaranteed compensation package of $200,000 or 30% of collections, along with health and malpractice insurance and paid time off.
