Associate Dentist

We are seeking a full-time associate dentist who thrives in a collaborative practice and is committed to providing outstanding patient care. The ideal clinician values mentorship, takes ownership of their work, and practices comprehensive dentistry rather than focusing on insurance-driven care. Daily responsibilities include delivering high-quality restorative and preventive services while working closely with the team to maintain a positive patient experience. The position includes partial health insurance, scrubs provided after three months, and a 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution. For the first three months there is a guaranteed daily minimum that equates to a $160,000 annualized salary plus one-third of collections, with additional earning potential thereafter.
