Lead Dental Assistant (Experienced Only)

Join a busy private dental practice as the Lead Dental Assistant, taking charge of back-office flow and supporting the clinical team. This position is best suited to an experienced, confident assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within a long-term role. You should have at least two years of dental assisting experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to mentor and guide other assistants. Reliability, organization, and a team-first attitude are essential. Familiarity with Dentrix, iTero, and CEREC is preferred. Applicants without prior dental assisting experience will not be considered. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $37.00 per hour depending on experience.
