Dental Assistant – Flexible 2–4 Day Schedule

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Dental Assistant to join a small, patient-focused private practice. Both experienced assistants and motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply; one year of experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate. This role is available full- or part-time, typically two to four weekdays (Mon–Thu) with no Fridays or weekends. Day-to-day duties include chairside support for general and restorative procedures, room and instrument setup, digital X-rays, impressions and intraoral scanning, clinical documentation in Dentrix, sterilization and inventory assistance, and delivering clear pre/post-op instructions to patients. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain Washington State Dental Assistant registration and have current CPR/BLS certification. Strong attention to infection control, professionalism, dependability, and teamwork are required; Vietnamese language skills and experience with digital tools are a plus. Compensation ranges from $24–$30 per hour depending on experience and clinical skills.
