Surgical Dental Assistant

We are looking for a Surgical Dental Assistant with 1–2 years of surgical dentistry experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced practice focused on full-arch dentistry. This role requires a positive, team-first attitude and the ability to help establish and streamline back-office workflows, maintain the sterile room, and support both the clinician and dental lab from day one. Key responsibilities include chairside assistance during surgical and restorative procedures, patient intake and vital signs documentation, taking high-quality CBCT and panoramic images, educating patients on perioperative instructions, sterilizing instruments, managing clinical inventory, and assisting the front desk as needed. The candidate should be comfortable with basic dental terminology, inventory management, and minor equipment troubleshooting.
