Happy Kids Dentistry is hiring: Pediatric Dental Assistant - Auburn/Federal Way in Federal Way

Join a warm, upbeat pediatric dental team as a full-time Dental Assistant, helping create positive, memorable experiences for children while supporting clinical care. This onsite role involves assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking digital x-rays, and educating families about oral hygiene. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. The ideal candidate brings dental assisting experience or a strong willingness to learn, familiarity with sterilization practices and infection control, proficiency with digital radiography and basic computer skills, and excellent communication and people skills to engage young patients and their families. Attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and a friendly, patient-centered demeanor are essential. Compensation ranges from $18–$25 per hour, and the position includes benefits such as medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, and paid time off.
