Associate Dentist

Seeking a full-time associate dentist to join a busy, well-established practice serving a large, active patient base. The position is 3–4 days per week with immediate start available and potential for future buy-in or purchase. The office is fully digital with CBCT, digital x-rays, and a paperless workflow, supported by an experienced team and steady new patient referrals. Clinical responsibilities center on restorative care with opportunities to provide endodontics, oral surgery, and implant treatment. Candidates should be skilled, personable, caring, and motivated to manage a high patient volume and grow their clinical scope. Compensation is percentage-based, with current collections performing at a very high level and the practice generating significant annual revenue. Estimated pay range is $150,000–$300,000 per year, reflecting production-based earnings and the potential for rapid practice growth and strong case acceptance. This role requires in-person work and offers a family-friendly community and a well-run, efficiently marketed practice.
