Associate Dentist

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care in a friendly, team-oriented practice. This role involves treating a diverse patient population, including children, and delivering a wide range of services from exams and restorative work to extractions and implant placements (implant experience preferred). The position values strong diagnostic skills, excellent patient communication, and adherence to high clinical and ethical standards. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, performing procedures such as fillings, root canals, and implants when applicable, and collaborating with hygienists and support staff to ensure smooth patient care. Compensation is competitive, with an annual salary range of approximately $156,000–$188,000 depending on experience. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM.
