Role Overview
Join a friendly dental practice as a Business Assistant/Front Desk team member, serving as a key first contact for patients and helping create a calm, organized experience from initial phone calls through treatment completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and wants to build practical skills in dental office operations, patient coordination, insurance, scheduling, and treatment planning.
Primary duties include greeting patients, managing check-ins/check-outs, answering phones, coordinating and maintaining the appointment schedule, verifying insurance benefits, accurately entering and updating patient records, assisting with treatment planning and financial discussions, and following up on recommended care. Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn dental systems and terminology are required. Prior customer service, administrative, or dental office experience is helpful but not mandatory; Mandarin language ability is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
