Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time orthodontic assistant with at least one year of relevant experience to join a collaborative, family-oriented team. The ideal candidate is coachable, communicative with patients and parents, comfortable working with children of varying needs, and familiar with the workflow of an ortho clinic. An active Washington state dental assisting license and current CPR/BLS (or ability to obtain within 30 days) are required, and compliance with the state COVID vaccination mandate is expected. Daily responsibilities include performing orthodontic procedures such as bonding/debonding braces and Invisalign attachments, fitting and removing space maintainers and RPEs, placing bands and permanent retainers, intraoral scanning and imaging (iTero, pano, CBCT), taking intraoral photos, accurate charting in practice management software, and educating patients on home care. Candidates should anticipate clinician needs, understand orthodontic movements and appliances, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision. Experience with Dolphin and Eaglesoft is a plus.
