We are seeking an experienced general dentist to join a growing franchise that emphasizes a clear path from associate to owner. This role suits a clinician who wants long-term growth and the option to buy into or lead new clinics, with structured mentorship and financial modeling to support transitions into partial or full ownership. The position offers a guaranteed base (starting at $180,000) with commission beginning at 30% of collections and increasing annually up to 40%, plus eligibility for ownership-based unlimited upside. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with full- or part-time arrangements available. Candidates should be efficient, ethical, people-focused, and interested in building a practice rather than just filling a chair.
