Role Overview
Join a dentist-led, evidence-focused group practice as a Pediatric Dentistry Specialist where you’ll deliver comprehensive pediatric oral care and help shape clinical standards. In this role you will diagnose and treat dental disease, developmental issues, and esthetic concerns for infants through adolescents (including those with special health care needs), provide preventive services like fluoride and sealants, and educate families on oral health. You will also serve as a clinical leader, offering mentorship, supervision, and constructive feedback to the care team while promoting efficient, high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold a DMD or DDS and have completed a U.S. pediatric residency, plus any state-specific licensure and certifications required (including DEA and CPR where applicable). The practice emphasizes professional growth through ongoing clinical and leadership development and supports work-life balance with a four-day work week.
