Associate Dentist

Seeking a full-time general dentist to join a high-volume, privately owned practice that emphasizes patient-centered care and predictable, healthy outcomes. The practice averages over 100 new patients per month, provides a full digital setup (intraoral scanner, CBCT/pano, digital charting and intake), and offers an immediate schedule of exams from day one. A four-day workweek is available to support work/life balance. You’ll focus on clinical dentistry without administrative burdens—staff handle billing, advertising, and staffing, and the practice covers lab fees for digital cases. Compensation starts at $900 per day or production percentage, whichever is higher, with potential annual earnings in the $300k–$350k range.
