Associate Dentist

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join an established private practice with a predictable four-day workweek (Tuesday–Friday) and no evenings or weekends. This role suits a confident, compassionate general dentist who delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care and values strong teamwork and communication. Typical weekday hours include an early team huddle with finish times around mid-afternoon. The ideal candidate has at least two years of general dentistry experience (residency a plus) and is comfortable with molar endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Excellent interpersonal skills, a warm chairside manner, and a commitment to building long-term patient relationships are important. The practice uses Eaglesoft and is supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team. Compensation is a guaranteed $1,000 per day or 30% of production (whichever is greater), with uncapped earning potential and estimated annual earnings in the $192,000–$360,000 range depending on schedule and production.
