Dental Assistant: Full-Time
$24–$28 / hr
Full-TimeRole Overview
We are seeking a reliable, experienced full-time Dental Assistant to support a busy, technology-forward practice. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering compassionate chairside care, helps maintain an organized clinical flow, and enjoys learning new digital dentistry tools—experience with CEREC is a plus but not required.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting during various procedures, supporting digital workflows, preparing treatment rooms and instruments, taking radiographs, following sterilization protocols, managing supplies, documenting patient information, and providing clear post-treatment instructions. Candidates should have at least one year of dental assisting experience, be able to obtain Washington State Dental Assistant registration before starting, know radiography and infection-control standards, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Current CPR certification and CEREC experience are preferred.
Compensation ranges from $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits begin after 60 days and include health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off that grows with tenure, a retirement plan with employer match, Aflac options, uniform allowance, and eligibility for bonuses.
