Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to support the dentist and clinical team in delivering efficient, patient-centered care. Typical patient hours run Monday 9–5 and Tuesday–Thursday 8–4. The role involves preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting chairside during procedures, taking dental x-rays, providing post-op oral care instructions, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with patient assessments including vital signs. Candidates should have a dental assisting certificate or associate degree, familiarity with dental terminology and infection-control protocols, and at least one year of dental assisting experience. X-ray certification is preferred, and experience with Dentrix, clear aligners, and HIPAA-compliant practices is a plus. Strong aseptic technique and excellent communication skills are expected. Pay ranges from $21.00–$27.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience.
