Lead Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support pediatric dental services in a busy, team-oriented practice. This role centers on assisting dentists during restorative, hygiene, emergency, and specialty procedures, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, taking digital radiographs, supporting nitrous oxide and general anesthesia days as assigned, and delivering compassionate patient and parent education to create positive experiences for children. The ideal candidate holds a current Washington State RDA license and CPR/BLS certification, has strong communication and organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Pediatric experience, familiarity with digital radiography and practice management software (e.g., Eaglesoft/Open Dental) are advantageous. Responsibilities also include instrument sterilization and infection-control compliance, accurate charting, inventory management, and helping with opening/closing duties. Compensation ranges from $20.00–$25.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
