Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) For Private Family Dental Office

We are looking for a Licensed/Registered Dental Hygienist to join a close-knit private practice that values a family atmosphere. The role involves delivering high-quality preventive care using modern equipment (including CBCT and digital scanners) with flexible scheduling options for part-time or full-time availability. Appointments are allotted one hour per cleaning to allow thorough, patient-focused care. Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive prophylaxis (scaling and polishing), taking and developing radiographs, conducting medical history reviews and vitals, educating patients on oral hygiene, and assisting chairside with general and pediatric procedures. The position requires proficiency with EHR systems (Dentrix/Eaglesoft preferred), adherence to infection control and HIPAA standards, competency in four-handed dentistry, and strong communication skills. Pediatric experience and familiarity with dental imaging and coding are advantages. Compensation ranges from $45.00 to $60.00 per hour.
