Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-regarded private dental practice. This role is open to full- or part-time candidates and welcomes both new graduates and experienced hygienists who prioritize patient-centered care and relationship building. You will work within a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on cosmetic and comprehensive dentistry. Daily responsibilities include providing preventive hygiene services, taking diagnostic radiographs, educating patients on oral health and home care, contributing to treatment planning, and maintaining accurate clinical records while delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must hold an active New Jersey RDH license and Local Anesthesia certification, and demonstrate strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude. The practice offers flexible scheduling with scheduled lunch breaks, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive pay range of $50–$60 per hour (dependent on experience).
