Full-time hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join a privately owned, prosthetically focused multi-doctor practice for 28 hours per week. The ideal candidate will enjoy building long-term patient relationships and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that prioritizes comprehensive restorative and periodontal care. Required qualifications include an active RDH license, Massachusetts Permit-L local anesthesia certification, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Dentrix. Bilingual Spanish-English or Portuguese-English skills are a plus. Candidates should be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal treatment within a multi-provider setting. Pay range is $50.00–$55.00 per hour. The practice offers standard benefits including 401(k) with matching, health insurance, and paid time off.
