Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist to join a small, patient-centered family practice. This role focuses on delivering compassionate preventive care in a low-pressure environment with flexible, part-time scheduling (8–16 hours/week), one-hour appointment blocks, no nights or weekends, and a typical 8-hour shift with an hour lunch. The team emphasizes kindness, excellent infection control, and no production quotas. The hygienist will screen and comfort patients, take vitals and medical histories, perform cleanings and periodontal care (scaling/root planing, prophylaxis), apply fluoride, take x-rays, assist dentists during exams and procedures, and educate patients on oral hygiene. Candidates must hold current RDH licensure, be familiar with HIPAA and safety protocols, be able to stand and bend for sustained periods, and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
