Dental Hygienist (Private Practice) Flexible Schedule -SIGN ON BONUS-Health Benefits

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join a small, family-oriented practice that values long-term relationships and personalized care. This role is open to full- or part-time candidates and fits clinicians who want to be part of a close-knit team and a loyal patient base. Primary duties include preventive hygiene treatments, periodontal therapy and charting, patient education, and collaborating with the dentist during exams to ensure a comfortable, positive experience. Candidates must hold an RDH license, communicate well, enjoy patient education, and be reliable team players who take pride in their work. Compensation ranges from $60–$65+/hour depending on experience, with a $500 sign-on bonus, $200/month toward health benefits, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with a 3% match, discounted dental services, and flexible scheduling.
