Registered Dental Hygienist needed for PRIVATE office FAIR LAWN, NJ - NEW GRADS WELCOME

We are seeking a personable, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to fill a part-time role in a growing private practice. The position supports a busy hygiene schedule with Saturday hours plus one weekday (choose from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM), and offers flexible scheduling. New grads are welcome. The hygienist will deliver routine preventive care, build rapport with patients, and collaborate with a supportive team; duties include scaling, polishing, charting, and taking radiographs when the assistant is occupied. Candidates must hold an active New Jersey RDH license and current CPR certification. The office uses digital systems and provides assistant support for workflow tasks when available. Pay is $50–$55 per hour (W-2) depending on experience, with performance bonus opportunities and potential for additional days as the practice grows.
