Dental Assistant and Front Team Scheduler/Coordinator
$17–$22 / hr
Full-TimeRole Overview
Hiring seeks two dental assistants and up to two front team members for scheduling and coordination. The practice will provide training for candidates without experience and tailors responsibilities to each person’s experience level through an individualized onboarding plan.
Work is in person 4–5 days per week, with Fridays optional but preferred; days begin at 7:45 a.m. with a morning meeting except on Fridays. Typical closing time depends on the last patient, often between about 3–5/6 p.m. Breaks may be chosen during the day; breaks over 20 minutes must be clocked out and cannot exceed one hour. Leaving the building counts as a clocked-out break.
Starting pay range is $17–$22/hour based on experience, with potential increases after 30–60–90 day reviews; monthly bonuses tied to Google Reviews are offered, with additional office and individual performance bonuses coming soon. Full-time team members receive free dental care after 12 months, 401(k) matching at 3% after 12 months, PTO based on hours worked and tenure, holiday pay for regular workday hours when holidays fall during operation hours, and paid downtown parking. Certified and registered dental assistants who can take X-rays are noted as preferred, and the practice may help fund certification and registration. Applicants must complete the provided survey links for assistants or scheduler/coordinator positions; no response will be given without survey submission.
