Role Overview

Full-time dental front office role requiring at least one year of paid dental front office experience (externships excluded). Responsibilities include greeting and checking patients in and out, making outbound and taking inbound phone calls, scheduling appointments, entering patient demographic information, collecting copays and deductibles, assisting with insurance processing, providing customer service, and resolving patient problems. The position requires travel to a Hoover office one day per week. Compensation listed between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour. Benefits (after a waiting period) include 10 days paid time off per year, seven paid holidays per year, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, limited dental benefits, medical insurance, voluntary vision, short-term disability, accident, critical illness, and voluntary life and AD&D for employee and qualifying dependents.
