Seeking an Associate Dentist for a private, out-of-network practice that will start part-time (around two days per week) and grow into a full-time role as patient demand and fit allow. The practice focuses on relationship-based, conservative care and has an established patient base with new-patient demand. Initial clinical duties may include general restorative dentistry, fillings, emergency exams, limited exams, and straightforward crowns. The office is equipped with digital scanning, CAD/CAM/CEREC, CBCT, Fotona LightWalker laser technology, ozone therapy, and airway/sleep-focused treatment options. The owner offers mentorship in comprehensive treatment planning, conservative restorative care, digital workflows, CEREC, inlays/onlays, crowns, laser dentistry, and whole-body informed patient care. Compensation is either $800 per clinical day or 30% of adjusted collections, whichever is greater. After at least 12 months of successful full-time associateship, a structured minority buy-in could be discussed subject to mutual agreement and formal terms.
