Private Practice Dental Assistant (Part-time)

Privately owned family and cosmetic dental practice seeking an experienced dental assistant to join a one-doctor, one-location team. The role is part-time (2 days per week, Monday–Wednesday) with current hours roughly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays and potential occasional schedule shifts; the practice describes a close-knit, low-drama team and long-tenured patients. Responsibilities include chairside four-handed assisting, welcoming and seating patients, taking dental X-rays, instrument setup/sterilization and operatory turnover, maintaining infection control, recording medical/dental histories and charts, educating patients on home care, and providing post-operative instructions as directed. Required qualities include proven dental assisting experience (2+ years preferred), X-ray experience, knowledge of instruments and sterilization, reliability, organization, and teamwork; Eaglesoft experience is a plus. Pay range listed is $17.00–$20.00 per hour.
