Associate Dentist – Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Opportunity

Seeking an Associate General Dentist to join a growing, fully digital practice, starting at 1–2 days per week with potential to transition to full time. Monday availability is required and Tuesday is preferred; additional days may become available as the practice expands. The role involves working between two modern offices—one PPO-only and one that accepts PPO, Fee-for-Service, and Denti-Cal—with technologies including Primescan intraoral scanner, CBCT, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and same-day treatment capabilities. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD, have (or be able to obtain) an active California dental license before start, and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Compensation is listed as $200,000–$300,000 per year with a guaranteed daily minimum plus production percentage.
