Associate Dentist

Join a privately owned, multi-doctor dental practice established in 1953 that serves a loyal and growing patient base. The practice offers modern technology, including CBCT imaging and digital dentistry, and performs most specialty procedures in-house. Mentorship and clinical support are available in a collaborative environment. The role is open to experienced clinicians and exceptional recent graduates. Qualifications listed include a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active New Jersey dental license or the ability to obtain one; residency training or prior clinical experience is preferred. Compensation begins with a daily guarantee and transitions to a percentage-based model, and health insurance and retirement options are available. Flexible Monday–Friday scheduling is offered.
