Seeking a General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to deliver comprehensive care including restorative, crown and bridge, implants, and extractions in a PPO/FFS practice. The role includes diagnosis and treatment planning, collaboration with hygiene and support teams, mentorship for complex cases from the clinical director, and encouragement to perform high-value procedures such as implants, cosmetics, and surgery. The position offers a daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections with stated earning potential range and a listed pay range. The practice provides a full benefits package, CE allowance, in-house mentorship, centralized marketing/billing/ops support, modern equipment including CBCT and an intraoral scanner, an average of 60–80 new patients per month, a four-day schedule with no weekends, and requires a DDS or DMD and an active Florida dental license.
