Associate General Dentist

The Associate General Dentist will deliver comprehensive general dentistry care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative and preventive procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions. The role includes interpreting radiographs, maintaining accurate clinical records, educating patients about oral health and treatment options, collaborating with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff, and following practice protocols for infection control and safety. This is a full-time, on-site position in Tampa, FL that requires participation in team meetings and case discussions. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited institution and have an active, unrestricted Florida dental license or be eligible to obtain one. The practice seeks proficiency in general dentistry procedures, strong clinical judgment and treatment-planning skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, comfort with or willingness to learn digital dental technologies, and a commitment to evidence-based, inclusive, patient-focused care. Completion of a GPR or additional advanced training and prior private practice or community dentistry experience are noted as beneficial.
