Associate Dentist | $325K+ Potential | PPO/FFS only | CBCT | Large Established Patient Base

Seeking a General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a one-doctor, PPO/FFS dental practice that routinely places implants and offers comprehensive dentistry including restorative, crown & bridge, implants, and extractions. The role includes diagnosing and treatment planning, collaborating with a hygiene and support team, performing high-value procedures, and receiving mentorship on complex cases from the clinical director. The practice provides centralized support for marketing, billing, and operations. The position requires a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active Florida dental license; new graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply. The practice provides a brand new Itero or Trios scanner, a CBCT machine (Carestream), full implant armamentarium and specialty kits, a four-day schedule with no weekends, and an average of 25–30 new patients per month. Compensation is $300,000–$400,000+ potential with a daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections; benefits listed include health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k), HSA, life insurance, professional development assistance, and relocation assistance.
