Seeking a full-time Associate Dentist for a privately owned, fast-growing practice. The position involves performing routine procedures such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions; diagnosing and treating oral diseases and conditions; educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care; collaborating with the dental team; and maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with state regulations. The practice highlights access to advanced instruments and procedures, offers full educational support and CE allowances, flexible morning and evening hours, and a bonus system. Compensation is described as $100–$125 per hour, up to $1,000/day or $250,000/year, with potential to exceed $350,000/year through bonuses and incentives. A licensed dentist is required.
