Provide front-desk support in the Comprehensive Care Clinic, verifying insurance and discussing payment plans for complex treatment plans. Coordinate with patient service representatives, billing, and the graduate periodontal hygienist while maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Work will support patient services and student training in a busy dental clinic setting.
