Associate Dentist - Fitchburg, MA

Seeking an Associate Dentist to join an established, family-oriented private practice with a modern, clean office and a multi-generational patient base. The role can be full-time or part-time and involves providing comprehensive general and restorative dentistry alongside experienced doctors and a periodontist. Day-to-day care may include diagnosis and treatment planning, crowns, fillings, extractions, patient education, preventive care, and building long-term patient relationships. Endodontic experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school, have an active dental license and CPR certification, and ideally 1–3 years of experience. The practice emphasizes strong general dentistry skills, excellent communication and patient care, and a team-oriented, professional demeanor.
