Dental Assistant

Laurel Dental, led by Jeffrey Bartoshesky, D.M.D., seeks a full-time Dental Assistant to support a busy clinical team in Laurel, DE. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operatory flow and quality patient care through patient intake, radiographs and intraoral photos, periodontal charting, chairside assistance, sterilization, basic lab tasks, and supply organization. Ideal candidates have prior dental assisting experience, strong infection-control and instrument-handling knowledge, reliable computer and communication skills, and attention to detail; a high school diploma is required and formal dental assisting credentials or x‑ray certification and about one year of hands‑on experience are preferred. Compensation ranges from $37,440 to $41,604 annually (approximately $18.00–$20.00 per hour). The position includes paid time off and an employer‑matched 401(k) plan.
