Associate Dentist

The Associate Dentist position at Davidsonville Dental Group in Davidsonville, MD offers a full-time opportunity in a private, dentist-owned, fee-for-service practice focused on advanced restorative and cosmetic care. The clinician will join a collaborative, tech-enabled team treating an established patient panel with clinical autonomy, performing complex restorative procedures such as crowns, bridges, and full-mouth rehabilitations. The role follows a predictable Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 am–4:00 pm) to support work–life balance. Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD with a current or obtainable state license and approximately 3–5 years of clinical experience managing comprehensive restorative cases.
