Experienced Dental Assistant- ORAL SURGERY

A multi-specialty group practice seeks a dental assistant to work in the oral surgery department, available as full-time or part-time. A New Jersey Dental Radiology License is required; CDA/RDA and dental assisting certification are preferred. The role involves chairside assistance during procedures, use of 3D scanners for imaging, sterilizing and preparing treatment rooms, taking and recording vital signs, maintaining infection control, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, and performing administrative tasks like scheduling and record management. The practice offers training to support transition into its team workflow and has state-of-the-art equipment with modern employee facilities. Compensation is listed at $26.00–$32.00 per hour; benefits include 401(k), employee discount, paid time off, holidays, vacation, and PTO. Work is in person with expected hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and two Saturdays.
