Lead Dental Assistant

Small, professional dental office seeks a Dental Assistant with a current dental x‑ray license. Experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) is preferred. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, able to work independently after training, and have a friendly, upbeat personality with strong interpersonal skills. Duties include chair-side assistance during procedures, taking digital x‑rays (FMX, Panorex, CBCT, bitewings), maintaining sterilization and infection control per HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, recording vital signs and updating patient records, and ensuring proper maintenance and sterilization of instruments. Compensation starts at $28.00 per hour; work is in person.
