Seeking an Associate Dentist for a comprehensive general dentistry role with an established patient base and the opportunity to develop a substantial implant and full-arch caseload. Mentorship is available in implant placement, All-on-X/full-arch treatment, and complex restorative dentistry. New graduates may apply. Compensation includes 30% of collections and a $750–$900 daily guarantee for the first three months (BOE). The position offers a flexible 2–4 day work week, modern digital technology, 50% medical insurance reimbursement, 401(k) with employer match, and optional life, disability, pet, vision, dental, FSA, and HSA benefits. An active New Mexico dental license (DDS or DMD) is required; candidates should be experienced in implant dentistry or motivated to develop those skills and possess strong patient care and communication abilities.
