Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Seeking a Dental Assistant to work closely with dentists and the clinical team to support general, restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and other dental procedures. Responsibilities include practicing four-handed dentistry, preparing treatment rooms and instruments, taking digital X-rays and diagnostic records, following sterilization and safety protocols, providing pre- and post-operative instructions, maintaining clinical documentation, and helping maintain efficient patient flow. Candidates should have dental assisting experience (preferred), familiarity with dental procedures, terminology, instruments, and materials, and experience with digital radiography and practice software (preferred). Strong communication, patient-service skills, attention to detail, organization, dependability, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude are required. Radiology certification and other state-required credentials apply as needed.
