Experienced Associate Dentist – Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity

Seeking an experienced general dentist to begin in November 2026 to cover a clinician on maternity leave through approximately February or March 2027, with potential for continued employment afterward and possible opportunities within affiliated practices. The role is in an established private practice focused on comprehensive dentistry; the incoming dentist will inherit an existing patient base and work with an experienced clinical and administrative team. Clinical support includes two full-time hygienists, 2–3 dental assistants per day, and an in-office periodontist twice monthly. Required qualifications include a DDS or DMD with an active New York dental license, three or more years of clinical experience, strong restorative/general dentistry and treatment-planning skills, excellent patient communication, and comfort managing a busy schedule independently; strong surgical and/or endodontic skills are noted as a significant plus. Compensation is percent of production with a daily base; pay range listed as $750–$4,000 per day. Work is in person.
