Dental Hygienist, Part-Time or Full-time, Private Practice (Phoenix)

Part-time or full-time dental hygienist position offering single-operator schedules with 60-minute recare appointments and 90-minute SRPs. The role includes preventive care (prophylaxis, oral cancer screenings, radiographs, periodontal charting), patient education, accurate documentation, operatory infection-control, and support for emergencies with current CPR certification. Arizona RDH license and Arizona Local Anesthesia certification are required, along with kindness, reliability, and commitment to patients and teammates. Pay range is $54.00–$60.00 per hour. Paid time off, dental benefits (two free cleanings yearly and discounts), a $500 annual continuing education credit, and daytime-only hours are provided; additional benefits (Aetna medical insurance, 401(k) with employer match, increased PTO and enhanced dental discounts) become available if the position is full-time (all four days, 30+ hours/week). The practice is privately owned and doctor-led with no production quotas. Schedule sought is coverage of four hygiene days per week (can be one hygienist or split between two), Tue–Fri starting at 7:40 am.
