Role Overview

Seeking a bilingual Spanish/English front desk receptionist for a dental practice. The role involves greeting and checking in patients, answering multi-line phones, managing the daily schedule, explaining appointments, treatment plans, and financial arrangements in both languages, verifying dental insurance and TennCare eligibility and benefits, collecting and posting payments, presenting financing options, confirming appointments, managing recall/reactivation lists, assisting with intake forms (including helping Spanish-speaking patients), and keeping patient records current in practice management software. Position is full-time with flexible scheduling options within office hours of 9am–9pm; shifts available 9am–5pm or 5pm–9pm, and additional or lighter weeks can be arranged. Required: fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English, high school diploma or equivalent, strong phone/customer service skills, comfort with computers and learning software, and dependability. Preferred: 1+ years in a dental front office, experience with dental insurance verification/TennCare/Medicaid billing, and familiarity with Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft.
