Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist position offering $200K–$300K+ earning potential with ownership opportunities and a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). The practice provides ongoing CE and development, hands-on mentorship and coaching, and a clear path to leadership and ownership. The Associate Dentist will focus on patient care while operations are handled by the organization, work with highly trained clinical teams, build a schedule with a strong patient base, and practice using advanced technology such as scanners and AI.
