Experienced Associate Dentist- 2-3 days with Path to Full Time- Private Practice

Privately owned, doctor-led practice with more than 2,300 active patients and a recently remodeled facility with eight operatories seeks an experienced associate for 2–3 days per week with intention to move toward full time. The practice reports 37+ new patients per month, a 90% hygiene reappointment rate, and a 99.99% collections rate. The patient mix is PPO and fee-for-service, supported by a value-added care model; the hygiene team schedules three hygienists on Monday/Tuesday and two hygienists on Thursday. The role supports comprehensive general dentistry—restorative, crown and bridge, clear aligners, endodontics, oral surgery, implants and sedation—based on the doctor’s training and interests. Candidates should have a minimum of two years clinical experience (residency training preferred), strong diagnostic and patient communication skills, ability to practice independently while collaborating with the team, and availability ideally Monday, Tuesday and every other Thursday. Competitive percentage-based compensation is offered and the practice uses modern technology including CBCT.
