Dental Hygiene Assistant

Seeking a Hygiene Assistant to join a dental team that emphasizes proactive, comprehensive care and patient comfort. Responsibilities include seating and preparing patients for hygiene appointments, reviewing and documenting medical history changes, taking dental X-rays, assisting the hygienist with patient care and room turnover, preparing treatment rooms and instruments, and cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and treatment areas. The role requires current X-ray certification. Other expectations include maintaining organized, well-stocked hygiene operatories, following OSHA and infection control protocols, communicating with clinical and front office staff, and assisting with other clinical and office duties as needed.
